This page explains how users of RBX Avatar Skin Maker 3D (Bloxbuzz) can request deletion of data associated with the app.

How to request deletion

On-device designs (fastest): Uninstall the app. Skin PNGs and related files stored in the app’s private storage are removed with the uninstall. Files you previously exported/saved to your gallery or shared folders are under your control — delete those manually if you no longer want them.
Request to the developer: Email us with the subject “Data deletion request — RBX Avatar Skin Maker 3D” and include:
- Your Google Play account email (or the email used for Play purchases / reviews), and
- Approximate country / approximate install date (helps us locate records)

We aim to confirm and complete eligible deletion requests within 30 days.

App private storage designs and local preferences after uninstall
On request: any developer-held support correspondence we stored about your request
Where feasible, we will delete or anonymize identifiers we control that are linked to your request

Advertising / analytics / crash data processed by Google (AdMob, Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics) may be retained under Google’s policies and retention windows. You can reset your advertising ID in Android Settings, and manage ad consent via in-app privacy options where shown.
Legal / security logs may be kept for up to 90 days if required for fraud prevention, security, or legal compliance, then deleted or anonymized.
Exported files you saved outside the app (gallery, Downloads, shared chats) are not automatically deleted by us — remove them yourself on your device.
